Position Overview
This position performs all functions related to the assembly, coining, and inspection of the H4 bracket line produced by WCT. It ensures that quality product is forwarded to Inventory and Order Fulfillment.
Assigned Functions or Duties

Assembles product
-
Performs pull testing of assembled parts
-
Coins product and alerts machine maintenance technicians of problems
-
Inspects assembled and unassembled product
-
Carries out priority instructions
-
May be asked to operate machines related to job functions
-
Monitors the quality of the product being assembled

Other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements
-
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
-
Ability to maintain focus on the task
-
Ability to learn quickly

Must be able to take direction and instruction

Demonstrate strong attention to detail

Adherence to the attendance policy
Physical & Mental Requirements

Must be able to pick, pinch or grasp small items with fingers including thumb.

Must work primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm

Must be able to sit for sustained periods of time

Must be able to perform substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for sustained periods of time

Must be able to see small items and detect the different features of each product

Must be able to detect color coding and/or normal to the fine print

Must be able to paint small parts accurately

Must be able to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information

Must be able to apply common sense in performing job duties

Must be able to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines

Must be able to count accurately and record data accurately
